Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth experience, all rentals must adhere to our school guidelines:

  • Completion of a Facility Rental Agreement

  • Proof of liability insurance

  • Payment due prior to event date

  • Spaces must be left in the condition they were received

  • Certain events may require security or supervision

Rental Amenties Add-Ons

Customize your experience with optional add-on services:

  • Tables & Chairs – Setups available upon request

  • Concessions – Access to concession service options

  • AV Equipment – Projector, screen, microphones, or speakers 

  • Custodial Services – Required for larger events; optional for small gatherings

  • Nonprofit Groups:

    ● $75 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $20 per additional hour

    ● Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday): $100 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $25 per additional hour

    ● Full Week Rental (Monday-Sunday): $450 flat fee (up to 30 hours total)

     

    For-Profit Groups:

    ● $150 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $30 per additional hour

    ● Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday): $200 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $50 per additional hour

    ● Full Week Rental (Monday-Sunday): $900 flat fee (up to 30 hours total) 

  • Non-Profit Groups:

    ● $200 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $50 per additional hour

    ● Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday): $200 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $55 per additional hour

    ● Full Week Rental (Monday-Sunday): $900 flat fee (up to 30 hours total)

     

    For-Profit Groups:

    ● $300 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $75 per additional hour

    ● Weekend Rate (Saturday & Sunday): $400 flat fee for up to 4 hours; $120 per additional hour

    ● Full Week Rental (Monday-Sunday): $1,800 flat fee (up to 30 hours total) 

  • Coming Soon: Spring 2026

  • Tables: $3 each

    Chairs: $1 each

    Concession Access: $75 flat fee

    AV Equipment (Projector/Mic): $50 flat fee

    Custodial Fee: $25/hour (required for events over 50 guests)

    Security (If required): $20/hour per officer

    Setup/Breakdown Support: $30/hour

  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

  • Yes. All food must be served safely and cleaned up fully at the end of the event.

  • Yes, but all decorations must be free-standing. Tape, nails, glue, and similar adhesives are prohibited.

  • Some events require liability insurance, especially large gatherings or events with outside vendors. We will inform you during the approval process.

  • Yes, as long as all activities comply with school policies.

  • Renters are responsible unless custodial services are added to your rental.

  • Additional time will be billed in hourly increments at the end of the event.
