The Transportation department’s number one priority is getting students to and from school safely. Our department handles Stop Requests, routing changes, weather, and road closures. In the course of a regular school day, we handle several calls from Bus Drivers, Schools, Parents, Mechanics, and Government Agencies. We look forward to assisting you as we provide safe and efficient transportation services to our students.
Bus Stop Forms
This form is for scholars who attended CGW during the previous school year, had an existing bus stop assignment, and plan to utilize school transportation during the upcomming school year. If you need to request a new bus stop or transportation service, please complete the New Transportation Request Form instead.
This form is for scholars requesting a new bus stop assignment for the 2026–2027 school year. Bus seating is limited and requests will be reviewed based on availability, route capacity, and transportation guidelines. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval of a new bus stop or transportation services.
